The DeskTracker speeds check-in and check-out in Chart Rooms. The adjustable read range provides configurability to each specific situation. At the maximum read range over a hundred Chart can be read all at once.

In cubicles the DeskTracker implements FileTrail's Passive Tracking concept, automatically updating the locations of Charts as they move. Our clients with coverage at every desktop never lose a Chart and never search for Charts.

The RFDeskTracker automates self-check-out in open Chart Rooms or where after-hours access is permitted. Staff simply present their existing security badges and all Charts they are holding are read and checked out to them - no mouse nor keyboard action required.

Passive Tracking At Every Desk

The RFDeskTracker is mounted below the desk surface, saving critical workspace on the desk. Charts are automatically tracked as they arrive in the cubicle without any need for staff compliance. Employees' normal work tasks are not altered, and nothing appears on their monitors to distract them.
